Documented Employee Shipped Colt Cobra Prototype Double Action Revolver with Factory Letter and Case
This exceptional Colt Cobra Prototype, documented with a factory letter, is chambered in .38 Special and features a 2-inch barrel, stainless finish, and Hogue rubber stocks with the Colt logo. It includes a fiber optic front sight and was shipped to Newington Gun Exchange in Newington, Connecticut, for Colt’s chief engineer, Paul Hochstrate, on March 24, 2017. The factory letter highlights unique features such as a bar stock hammer, trigger and hand, a rapid prototype transfer bar, and a prototype mainspring. This revolver was also utilized for company testing and displayed at the 2017 SHOT Show. Comes with the original blue plastic Colt hard case.
